I've opened my product but I don't like the taste, can I return it?

Once a product is opened we can’t take returns for health and safety reasons. You wouldn’t want to accept a product that had already been opened would you?

Do I need to pay to send my return?

If you’ve changed your mind we can accept your return within 14 days of you receiving it, but you must pay for the cost of the return to us.

If you received a different item from the one you ordered and wish to return it, we will refund the cost of your return postage.

If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will refund the cost of your return postage.

How do I initiate a return?

Simply drop us an email at [email protected] with your order number and one of our staff will generate a returns code for you. Include that code with your return so we know it’s from you.
